We are thrilled to announce the launch of HaiSous BRUNCH! Chef Thai & Danielle Dang are flying Momma Dang in to prepare and serve the first pot of Phở by their beloved mother.
Chef Thai, "If I am going to make Phở, it is going to be done the right way. And it wouldn't be right to serve the first bowl of Phở without my mother. My childhood is filled with the taste memories of her flavors she would share with our family every Saturday and Sunday. I remember beef Phở served with a side of oxtail, tendon, pickled onions, and Vietnamese herbs. I promised her that our first pot of Phở would be hers. Made and served by her. Brunch is about flavors from home and how I grew up eating."
Join us for a special $25 set menu that will highlight the most authentic bowl of beef Phở in Chicago plus your choice of an additional Specialty of the House, Gọi Cuốn or summer rolls, made by Chef Thai that is sure to transport you to the streets of Vietnam.
